After walking around Palmer Lake and on the Pikes Peak Regional Trail, the 11K portion of the trail goes UP to the 2nd Reservoir and back down. Ensure you have plenty of water and take your time. It is 3K UP and 3K down. The Reservoir trail may be closed periodically because of the fire danger.
